  • *Substance Abuse*: Absolutely no use or possession of illicit substances, alcohol, or prescription medications not prescribed to the resident.

  • *Curfew*: Residents must adhere to a designated curfew (e.g., 10 PM) unless otherwise approved by staff.

  • *Cleanliness*: Residents are responsible for maintaining their living space and contributing to household chores.

  • *Respect*: Treat others with respect, kindness, and empathy. No violence, harassment, or intimidation will be tolerated.

  • *Accountability*: Residents are expected to attend house meetings, participate in group activities, and engage in recovery-related tasks (e.g., therapy sessions, support groups).

  • *Rent and Fees*: Pay rent and fees on time, as agreed upon in the lease or agreement.

  • *Chores*: Contribute to household chores, such as cleaning, laundry, and yard work.

  • *Communication*: Communicate openly with staff and peers about struggles, concerns, or issues.

  • *Personal Growth*: Work towards personal growth and development, such as finding employment, pursuing education, or building life skills.

  • *Common Areas*: Keep common areas clean and tidy.

  • *Guest Policy*: Follow guest policy guidelines, such as obtaining approval from staff before hosting visitors.

  • *Noise Levels*: Respect noise level guidelines to ensure a peaceful living environment.

  • *Accountability Process*: Residents who fail to meet expectations may face consequences, such as verbal warnings, written warnings, or discharge from the program.

  • *Support Systems*: Residents have access to support systems, such as counseling, support groups, and peer mentoring.
